This version is provided through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. Technically necessary connection data, including IP address, time, requested address and browser information, is processed to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is secure website delivery.

Access to this private version may require an OpenAI login. The OpenAI privacy policy also applies to that access. Information on processing, retention and possible international transfers by the infrastructure provider is available in the Cloudflare privacy policy.

Email and telephone enquiries

Enquiry links open your email application. A message is only transmitted when you send it there. Contact details and information you provide are processed to respond to your enquiry. Email communication is handled through STRATO.

Enquiries relating to a possible contract are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other enquiries are handled based on the legitimate interest in responding, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Data is deleted when it is no longer needed for this purpose, unless statutory retention requirements apply.

Images, fonts and external links

Images and fonts are served with this website. No analytics tools, advertising pixels or embedded social media are built into the STUGA pages. The Instagram link only takes you to Instagram when you click it; that provider’s privacy rules then apply. Hosting providers may use technically necessary storage for access and security.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Any consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

You may complain to a data protection authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information in North Rhine-Westphalia. Contact info@stugadesign.de with questions or to exercise your rights.
